History
Compuquick (Express Media) was founded in February of 1988 with a vertical market of the medical industry. A medical media line was developed that packages storage media for long term case studies in a specially designed format which records pertinent patient data for clinics and hospitals. As the buying power and customer base increased to include corporate accounts, Compuquick started selling software and hardware. In the second quarter of 1991, the company started offering custom financing for their customer base through relationships established with national financial institutions. This financial service is offered to other dealers as well as some nation-wide software developers/distributors. In July of 1993, Compuquick Express Media was incorporated as Compuquick, Inc.
Since the corporation was started by and is 100% held by a woman, the organization has developed many contracts with government and corporate entities which have a commitment to increasing their dollars spent on procurement with minority and woman owned firms. The primary focus of Compuquick now is government, educational, and corporate solutions for computing needs involving hardware, software, networking, supplies and support. In addition to computers, the leasing operations include financing for all manufacturing and business equipment.

We have formed our niche by building partnerships, and not just by selling commodity based goods and services. We have created innovative strategic alliances with our manufacturers, vendors, and our customers. Anyone can sell you a component or computer in a box. Our goal is to learn about your needs and then function as a "one-stop shop" for your agency. For example, when you call most companies, they either do or do not stock what you are looking for. Unlike others, we go out and try to find those items for you.
